mastodon uno admin @amministratore@mastodon.unomozilla come proton: ha tolto ogni collegamento a mastodon dal suo sito ufficiale, sostituendolo con bluesky.
Invece Brave, Librewolf, Waterfox e Vivaldi mantengono il link all'account mastodon ufficiale nei loro rispettivi siti.
L'anno scorso Mozilla aveva chiuso la propria istanza mastodon e ora questo.

18k visite: sono orgoglioso del successo (grazie!) ma ora ho anche tanta responsabilità, ho quindi aggiornato la guida dopo i fatti di Mozilla con:
Browser Estremi: #Brave (privacy-by-default) e #Librewolf (zero tracciamento).
Browser Tradizionali: #Vivaldi (VPN gratis, multipiattaforma) e #Waterfox (fork di firefox indipendente).

Yeah, me too.
However, I am staying with Waterfox and Thunderbird for the present as I've had too many freezes and crashes with Vivaldi on my 2015 iMac.
Vivaldi is too complex in my view, thus the problems. I don't need the superproductive features that Vivaldi offers. I strive for simplicity as much as possible.

chwilowa przesiadka na #floorp - #przeglądarka ma trochę dodatkowych opcji do konfigurowania i ficzerów, zatem było sporo ustawiania. nie wspominając o kilkudziesięciu logowaniach...
poza tym to już trzecia po #librewolf i #waterfox pochodna firefoksa, która nie jest "kompatybilna" z twitchem. nie żebym jakoś szczególnie nad tym płakał
doceniam kontekst (#container) jako funkcję, ale podstawowe opcje są zbyt biedne. można ofc dodać conieco rozszerzeniami, ale nie wszystkie działają dobrze
@konsensor@social.tchncs.deHah! Kleinen Bug gefunden. Rechtschreibungsprüfung in Waterfox scheint derzeit nur in englisch möglich. Auch mit zusätzlich installiertem DE-Wörterbuch ist eine Umstellung anscheinend derzeit nicht möglich. DE als Wörterbuch taucht nicht auf.

I liked Firefox after I left chrome, and now Vivaldi seems acceptable so far.
I don't need sync, would like extensions, and I have to be able to use external password manager.

@violenteastcoastcity Well, I'm on #LibreWolf now, my third attempt. And the first browser to restore both windows correctly and my container tabs too.
The settings take a bit to go through and personalise. But I *should* be able to replicate my Firefox setup properly.
Both #waterfox and #zenbrowser messed up window restore and/or container behaviour, for me.
I am determined to leave the bonfire that is #Firefox behind. Their Terms of Use (currently) only relate to using the Firefox app directly.
But I do not wish to be beholden to Google by using chromium browsers either.
So I have #ZenBrowser, #Waterfox and #LibreWolf installed. I have functional issues with all three at the moment.
Most relate to how they save/restore my windows, tabs and containers.
But I have to find the solutions and keep one. Firefox changed their ethics. 
@Waterfox Hey, I'm trying out #Waterfox, but it isn't restoring my previously open windows and tabs. This is an issue due to my poor memory needing two windows and several tabs open.
The option is set, but it's not working.
I found someone else's bug report from November around this. Is this a known issue? The other user recommended going for a previous version of the browser because that functionality worked then.
Help, please? :-)
